What You’ll Do
Aid in creating and coordinating correspondence, presentations and documents used in the School Review evaluation process for all 21 schools in our network and one special education program.
Track and analyze school review data.
Travel to various regions to help execute all School Review day logistics.
Prepare, send and analyze school review surveys.
Coordinate Superintendent’s meetings, activities, and travel.
Handle logistical aspects of meetings, seminars, and professional development sessions for Democracy Prep, as per the Superintendent.
Plan network-wide events, including NY Network Town Halls, Korean Street Festival, and graduations.
Support the Talent Development team with planning DP You and posting on various social media platforms.
Provide general administrative support to Democracy Prep staff (taking meeting minutes, coordinating staff meetings, ordering, handling mass mailings, etc.).
Perform additional tasks as requested by Superintendent and Democracy Prep staff.
This position will require travel to DPPS Regional Schools, especially in the months of September, October, November, March, and April.
Salary range is $47,000-$52,000 commensurate with your experience. Democracy Prep employees are provided with a benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 403B matching, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, a smartphone, and a laptop.
