Working with the Operations Manager, the Operations & Technology Associate will ensure systematic, proactive, and efficient management of school technologies, student data, data reporting, and other school operations systems.

What You’ll Do
Serve as a technology resource and proactively train and assist staff in learning to effectively use key classroom technologies.
Develop and maintain systems of respectful technology use by scholars and staff.
Troubleshoot and develop preventative maintenance systems for all school technology, including but not limited to laptops, copiers, printers, smartphones, projectors, interactive whiteboards, etc.
Diligently manage the inventory and movement of all school technology.
In collaboration with instructional leaders, manage the exploration and purchasing of new technologies.
Meticulously maintain and monitor internal and external student information databases with relevant biographical and academic information.
Train staff in their usage of student information systems, ensuring consistent and accurate student data.
Thoughtfully manage the supportive and appropriate dissemination of sensitive student information with teammates, family members, and stakeholders.
Manage and execute data systems pertaining to internal and state assessments, report cards and promotional status, enrollment, attendance, and more.
Prepare and analyze data reports for school leaders.
Build respectful and professional relationships and partnerships with other stakeholders in the building and community that represent the best interests of our scholars.
Other school operations tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
