Our EMEA Brand Support Center in Hoofddorp is looking for a FP&A Manager Distribution and Logistics.
The FP&A Manager Distribution and Logistics, EMEALA FP&A, provides financial planning, process improvement and project-based analysis for the management team at Crocs. This individual will support a spectrum of business activities from working with upper management to drive process improvement to monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting to detailed variance analyses.
What will you do?
- Establish strong, collaborative working relationships; maintain on-going and consistent communications with key stakeholders and support SVP of D&L with business decisions.
- Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization up to C-level.
- Manage budgeting processes including full year operating plan, quarterly forecasts and interim outlooks and create alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Project based analysis to provide recommendations for the distribution center footprint across Europe.
- Develop thorough technical and commercial business knowledge of the European distribution network.
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of Europe distribution performance including comparison to budget, forecasts, and prior year for Senior Management
- Build detailed financial models used for planning of distribution center expenses to provide accurate reporting and insights to leadership.
- Manage financial relationship and reporting with 3PL provider based in the UK.
- Plan and implement process improvement to modeling and analysis of distribution costs.
- Evaluate business cases and manage approval of capital expenditures.
- Manage process for allocation of expenses from Supply Chain to Regional P&L
- Generate materials for senior leadership and the board of directors.
- Role will require balancing Netherlands and American time differences.
Who are you?
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting, MBA a plus
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years Supply Chain Finance experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to use persuasion and effective communication to influence decision making amongst Senior leaders
- Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis skills
- Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
