Our EMEA brand support center in Hoofddorp is looking for an EMEA Distributor & Retail Marketing Manager.

The EMEA Distributor & Retail Marketing Manager is a key role in the EMEA Marketing team aiming at activating our distributor and Retail network. The role is the main point of contact with the distributor teams sitting in the markets. She/he is responsible to co-develop impactful local Marketing plans aligned with Global strategy and meeting local needs. She/he manages the EMEA Retail Marketing Specialist whose role is the support retail doors from direct markets as well as distributors.

The EMEA distributor markets is composed of 70+ countries managed by 20 Distributor partners in Europe (Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey,…), Middle East (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Lebanon, Israel,…) and Africa (Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria, Mauritius,…).

Crocs has a retail presence in direct markets in Western & Northern Europe (Germany, UK, France, Benelux, Austria, Ireland, Sweden).

What will you do?

Align distributors with EMEA Marketing strategy 

  • Works closely with local distributors teams to develop localized Marketing plans
  • Ensures local plans are aligned with Global Marketing strategy
  • Identifies brand opportunities in local distributor markets
  • Checks that execution of local Marketing activations are on brand and according to agreed seasonal marketing plan
  • Shares seasonal reports and best practices

Collaborate with EMEA Marketing functional teams

  • Receives GTM tools from Integrated Marketing team and distributes them to distributors in a timely manner
  • Collects needs from local markets and briefs EMEA Integrated Marketing team for any material to be developed
  • Informs EMEA Integrated Marketing team on relevant local Marketing moments
  • Liaises with EMEA Communications & Social teams for local support

Support Retail network in direct markets

  • Develop seasonal retail Marketing plan
  • Share with malls Communications and Marketing tools
  • Ensures that Marketing activations are executed according to brand guidelines

Manages Distributor & Retail Marketing Specialist

  • Coaches and develops Distributor & Retail Specialist

Who are you?

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, ideally a Masters in Marketing

Minimum Experience:

  • Has min 6 years of full-time experience in Marketing with an international brand that operates in multiple channels
  • Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus
  • International experience
