Role Mission:

As the Onsite Merchandising Manager for Korea eCommerce, you will own, orchestrate and ensure execution of the eCommerce GTM plans onsite and drive revenue and conversion through continual strategizing and implementation of world-class on-site merchandising.  This candidate will be responsible for all onsite merchandising.

Qualified candidates should possess strong onsite merchandising experience and robust knowledge of key performance indicators and levers to drive consumer shopping behavior.  The right candidate can identify and leverage emerging trends, apply that knowledge to onsite merchandising. Strong cross functional business relationships are critical to effectively execute ideas into reality. Additionally, candidates should possess strong entrepreneurial initiative coupled with relentless organizational skills that drive successful processes and drive business growth.

Key Activities

Onsite merchandising strategy Management


·         Bring to market the appropriate merchandising

strategy and tactics (for specified gender) to achieve the global vision for the Crocs brand as represented by its product portfolio.

·         Oversee (and execute) all daily merchandising activity using Demandware Business Manager (for specified gender). Tasks to include but are not limited to: product information and pricing, taxonomy, product ranking, and onsite search.


Relationship and cooperating Management


·         Drive the digital story telling process by partnering with merchants, creative, and marketing to create required onsite content.

·         Collaborate with the eCommerce merchants (for specified gender) to prioritize investments

and execution of promotional/product story telling initiatives that are the primary traffic drivers for

·         Coordinate your work with the digital demand generation and analytics teams to track, analyze and evolve process and prioritization/investment strategies based on those objective results.

·         Collaborate & partner with the eCommerce merchants (for specified gender) to review upcoming plans; adjust plans based on post mortem reporting results.

Onsite analytical Management

·         Define and maintain site navigation; creating and removing categories as needed based on merchandising and marketing strategies, merchant reporting and web analytics for specified gender.

·         Meet cross-functionally with all demand generation and analytics teams to review results and ensure continued alignment related to all upcoming marketing and promotional initiatives such as emails, paid search, social postings and affiliate marketing

External relationship Management


·         Manage vendor relationships, 3rd party applications, and provide services effecting the onsite merchandising and story-telling activities.  Vendors include but are not limited to recommendations engine (Certona), ratings and reviews engine (PowerReviews), and Demandware (platform).
