Role Mission:

This role should drive retail profitability by meet or exceeding sales & profit targets; Coaching District Managers/Store Managers to drive commercial success and excel in customer service; Ensuring proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives

Key Activities

  1. Shop operations management
  • Enforce Crocs standards at the store level i.e. visual, service, operations by conducting weekly store visitation based on the agreed appointment plan;
  • Conduct operation of all district stores, enhance sales through good management, also includes retail operation management including staff recruitment, training, shop management, shop opening and closure, etc.;
  • Develop and tap the potential business opportunity of lady shoes and accessory

2. Sales force management

  • To work closely with team to boost sales in order to achieve monthly and year-end sales target;
  • Arrange and schedule products and practical skills training classes to staff, work closely with training team on any training need;
  • To ensure shop staff members’ performance meeting Crocs standards;
  • Monitor staff performance to meet requirements;
  • Promote team work and develop a harmonious relationship between supervisors and sales associates, investigate and provide solution for staff problems.

      3. Business / Sales strategies

  • Achieve retail targets and regular review P & L;
  • Plan and implement brand development plans / store campaigns which align with corporate brand strategies;
  • Investigate new sales business opportunities by recommending new potential shop areas;
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend new sales plan or promotion strategies to management;
  • Set and implement shop target and commission plans
  • Fully support budget preparation and implementation.

4. Customer services

  • Maintain a good customer satisfactory level;
  • Improve Mystery shopping result.
  • Execute the training course of customer service for staff

       5. People management

  • Make the operation standards for the team.
  • Monitor and coach the team members for high performance
  • Hiring good people & retention the best people

       6. Landlord

  • Make good relationship with the landlords
  • Find right opportunities for the business extend

Job Requirements:

Education:College or above

Experience:Minimum 8-10 years of solid experience with proven track record in retail development & operation, 8 years’ retail team management

Knowledge:

  • Strategic mind and strong business acumen
  • Excellent customer services skill and people management
  • Be able to work independently / under pressure
  • Resourceful with updated market intelligence and benchmarking
  • Fluent speaking and written in Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Planner, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, aggressive and flexible
  • Proven management experience in leadership & training skills
  • Good team player and self-motivated
