The Member Support, Tools and Processes Team plays a pivotal role in this mission by providing an infrastructure that will scale alongside our member volume. Furthering our business by implementing and owning systems that enhance member relationships while providing tools to our support team to support the 135 Million+ Credit Karma members that ultimately drive our business. Are you our next Sr Salesforce Developer? We are looking for an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer with around 7-10 years experience to help lead and grow our Member Support, Tools and Technology Team. If you have the technical chops, soft skills, and a passion for implementing solutions that solve complex business challenges, this could be the role for you!

What you will do:
  • Partner with Business Users, Analysts, Developers and PMs to identify continuous system & process improvement, implement new features and enhance existing systems.
  • Conceptualize, propose, design, implement, and develop solutions from end to end and be responsible for the applicable technical architecture and documentation.
  • Lead projects  for specialized systems and application development in areas of complex problems.
  • Lead to define complex application development, administration, processes, test routines and programming standards.
  • Mentor and supervise professional staff, as necessary, working on all phases of the application development lifecycle.
  • Perform oversight, governance, and delivery of Salesforce projects. Responsible for support, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of Salesforce and interfaces to third-party or internally connected applications.
  • Perform testing, debugging, change control, and documentation for major projects within the program.
  • Become the technical subject matter expert for your focus area(s) by building on past experience, familiarizing yourself with our business/ goals, and maintaining an awareness of industry trends
What we are looking for:
  • Solid (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively to personnel with varying degrees of technical aptitude.
  • Experience with and SOLID understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community, Chat, IVA/IVR  & integration, Omni Channel and Apps. Some exposure to Analytics & Salesforce Einstein is a plus.
  • Deep experience with Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Salesforce Framework practices, Visualforce, Lightning Component Bundles, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Console, Salesforce Lightning Community Template
  • Ability to use additional API techniques such as Salesforce Bulk, REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, Streaming and Metadata API
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools such as Copado and GitHub.
  • Experience leading activities on structured team development projects.
  • Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and operations procedures including participation in code reviews.
  • Experience with Google Cloud platform (GCP) and Amazon AWS preferred
  • Be scrappy and be able to deal with ambiguity in a dynamic fast-paced business environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 7-10 years of work experience or equivalent
