Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
We are looking for a Processor (Temp-to-Hire) to join our Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) team. This role reports to the Bulk Supervisor and will work onsite from our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Counts and verifies that the product quantity matches the submission form
- Verifies that information on the submission form matches the identifying sticker on the outside of the box.
- Verifies that all information on PCGS flip matches the information on the coin.
- Prints flips with correct info for orders to be processed verifying any special request.
- Organizes all incoming service orders for verifiers/graders
- Works day-to-day with the Vintage coin Graders to process all orders in a timely manner
- Processes orders by service level and expedites orders as necessary
- Enters coin info and results accurately in the Grading system
- Supports the rest of the PCGS Operations Team with other duties as assigned
- Prioritizes weekly list of urgent orders
- Maintains graders stations with a constant workflow
- Unloads product from verifiers stations to the V2 team
- Multitask to everyday’s needs

Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
