As an AI Productivity Lead at Collaborative Robotics, you will be the driving force behind integrating AI into our company's workflow, aiming to significantly boost productivity. Your role will involve understanding the capabilities and limitations of AI, particularly in areas like text generation, code production, and data analysis. You'll be responsible for devising and implementing strategies that employ AI tools, like Large Language Models (LLM), to optimize our work processes, including anything from task delegation, to slide deck creation, to code writing and reviewing.

We're hiring virtually in the US, in addition to our San Francisco Bay Area, California office onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions to enhance company productivity.
- Develop strategies for AI integration that align with our company's goals and capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and assess their potential impact on our workflow.
- Create efficient processes for task delegation and execution using AI tools.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and how AI can address them.
- Lead initiatives to use AI for both technical and non-technical solution research.
- Analyze the effectiveness of AI implementations and continuously optimize them.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI for productivity improvements.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, version control, and Linux.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in AI, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3+ years of professional work experience strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with AI technologies, especially LLMs, and preferred experience with RAG.
- Proven track record of successfully developing models and implementing AI solutions in a business context.
- Experience with cloud computing and large data processing.
- Skills in React, Docker, or other relevant web and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with 3D graphics software like OpenGL.
- Experience building transformer models.
- Experience refining large-language models and/or multi-modal models
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the noted geographic area. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
