CLEAR is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to work across the Product and Engineering team, unlocking valuable insights across the CLEAR suite of products.  As a Product Analyst, you will shape strategy for critical product areas through data and relevant insights based on analysis. You will be the subject matter expert on metrics, success measurement, and visual storytelling with data.

You will own our key product insights, visualizations, and core data elements across CLEAR’s Product Team. The insights you provide will be key in moving our products and CLEAR forward.


What you'll do:

  • Work across the Product organization to define and maintain core product KPIs and funnels
  • Build and maintain visualizations that allow for Product, Engineering, and cross-functional business partners to drill down into product performance 
  • Build data expertise, best practices and data quality for all analytical data needs
  • Be the expert in telling stories with data, from dashboards to narratives
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and rigorous hypothesis testing methods, helping define test definition and success criteria
  • Work throughout the product development lifecycle to define data requirements, models, and designs. Work with Data Engineering on implementation of new models and requirements
  • Analyze trends and pore through our data to answer critical business and product questions.
  • Deeply understand our members, ambassadors and partners to ensure we have the correct data for optimal product experience.

What you're great at:

  • Telling stories with data, you need to be able to explain why something matters and how it relates to CLEAR member experience
  • Deep experience with Looker and SQL
  • Experience using dbt and Snowflake, or a similar modern data stack
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation practices/frameworks
  • Experience with tools such as Amplitude or Heap
  • Curious about technology and believe in constant learning

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $190,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
