CLEAR interns solve real-world problems within collaborative teams of the industry’s most innovative technologists to build some of the world’s most advanced services and devices. What you'll do:

  • Support the People & Performance team on key initiatives in talent acquisition, learning & development, people analytics, and compensation.
  • Contribute to developing tools, resources, and programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
  • Analyze data and create reports to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams across CLEAR to assist in executing impactful people-related projects.
  • Develop and present deliverables that support team objectives and broader company goals.

Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026.
  • Passionate about helping people and organizations thrive.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excited to make meaningful contributions to a dynamic and collaborative team.

The hourly pay for this role is $25.
