The Executive Support/Governance Analyst will join a logistics and finance team to support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer. The candidate for this role should have experience with ERP support, senior leader and strategic communications, supporting communications across multiple key organizations to efficiently and effectively execute senior leadership intent. The candidate should also possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a cross functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Governance & Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, Policy (DOTmLPF-P ) activities within an Executive Team structure reporting directly to Senior Leadership.
- Support the development of a holistic governance strategy approach across the DoD customer’s organization applying executive level experience to best leverage Senior Leader Forums and ensure proper alignment of initiatives to stakeholders, governance and operations processes.
- Support communications related to decision making, meeting minutes, actions and decision logs with a focus on active action tracking from ideation through resolution.
- Support implementation of proposed logistics and financial business process reengineering key transformational changes developed within the construct of DOTmLPF-P; identify and mitigate blockers or barriers to adoption.
- Support comprehensive transformation support packages in coordination with subject matter experts and Organizational Change Management personnel with the goal of consistent messaging and quality content at all levels.
- Create strong partnerships with stakeholders at the action officer and management level that own and influence frontline processes across DOTmLPF-P domains.
- Support the identification of client financial and logistics pain-points and propose solutions to address and remediate issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 4+ years' experience performing similar work
- Active Secret security clearance
- Must have skill-level appropriate knowledge of DoD or Service level organizational structures and operational roles; DoD or Service level operations and staffing process/staff actions, operations process, and governance forums.
- Must have experience communicating with Senior Executives, supporting leadership level discussions, taking meeting minutes and actions and tracking to completion
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to prepare briefing products and brief at executive level senior leadership forums
- Must possess experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience using document repositories
- Must be very organized
- Proficient in Agile practices, methodologies, and tools
