What is the School Culture Aide Role?
You hold students to high expectations by leading large groups of students in a fun and safe manner. This role includes monitoring lunch, recess, and afterschool programming.
The hours for this role are M/T/Th/F from 9:00-5:00 and Wednesdays from 9-12:30. Pay is $17/hr. and the start date is August 2nd.

You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED
After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner
You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students’ capabilities.
You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues.
Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred
