Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. What is the School Culture Aide Role?
As a school culture aide at Brooke, you will hold students to high expectations by leading large groups in a fun and safe manner. This role may include monitoring bus rides to and from school, lunch, snacks, recess, and other duties as needed.
This role can either be part-time or full-time (to be discussed during the hiring process). Pay is $20/hr. and the start date is immediate.

You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED
After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner
You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students’ capabilities
You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues
Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred
