The Opportunity

BlinkRx is seeking a talented and experienced Manager Growth Marketing to accelerate adoption of our pharma services among Health Care Providers. You will collaborate closely with the Growth & Revenue function, our pharmaceutical partners and our field team to launch new pharma partnerships and drive prescription growth with existing clients through co-branded marketing initiatives with Brand teams and independent strategic marketing campaigns for BlinkRx. Your work will directly impact BlinkRx’s revenue by activating new providers and growing Blink’s share of wallet across our more than 50 pharma partnerships.   

Specifically, you will:

  • Craft and execute strategic marketing plans for new pharma launches including multi-channel account-based CRM campaigns to drive activation and engagement across existing and new providers  
  • Monitor, optimize, and measure data-driven growth marketing tactics to drive prescription growth post-launch for our pharmaceutical partners 
  • Act in a client-facing capacity managing our relationships with the marketing functions at Brand teams, advising Brands on best practices for integrating BlinkRx into their existing marketing capabilities  
  • Build a launch playbook and assets to streamline our go-to-market capabilities for launch brands 
  • Create content to educate and activate Health Care Providers, field teams, and new pharma partners by clearly communicate BlinkRx’s value proposition
  • Establish scalable strategies to support our client success team’s efforts to maintaining world class relationships with pharma clients; including, but not limited to, upleveling in-person and virtual client meetings
  • Develop, test, and iterate on strategic B2B marketing campaigns to support lead generation for our business development team

A successful applicant will fit the following criteria:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in pharma or healthcare marketing, with a deep understanding of industry operations.
  • Results Driven: Proven ability to deliver impactful results through growth marketing initiatives, ideally with experience activating providers and partnering with pharmaceutical manufacturers 
  • Growth Oriented: Consistently created significant value by supporting business development, account growth, and provider and patient services teams 
  • Clear Communicator: Capable of conveying complex value propositions and technical concepts clearly to both experts and non-experts, whether in writing, presentations, or discussions.
  • Data Minded: Uses data-driven insights to measure strategic campaigns, with experience A/B testing new campaigns and initiatives. Additionally, uses data to convey the value delivered to partners and encourages the adoption of new products or services.
  • Creative Leadership: Effectively manages internal and external creative teams, delivering high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Collaborative: Works seamlessly with business development, revenue operations, provider access, product, finance, legal, operations, and marketing teams to drive engagement and results.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with strong project management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.
  • Campaign Tools: Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing CRM platform)
