The Role: Manager / Sr. Manager, B2B Marketing (Remote)
As Manager / Sr. Manager of B2B Marketing, you will design and execute scalable marketing strategies to drive awareness of the BlinkRx brand and value proposition. You will be responsible for campaign strategy and deployment across channels and audiences (fax, email, print ad, conference), content generation (e.g., digital, print, video), and B2B marketing execution across a range of tactics to educate the market about BlinkRx.
Your objectives:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to drive brand awareness and growth
Support biopharma partner expansion through demand generation and marketing content creationStand up a Marketing function that is scrappy but scalable across key marketing channelsEnsure brand quality and consistency across all marketing channels and content
Your responsibilities:
Develop product positioning, audience and channel strategies that reach and resonate with target audiences and differentiate our solution
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging content (white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, webinars) that communicates the value proposition of our products
- Develop a marketing calendar and roadmap and manage the development and deployment of content (e.g., case studies for our biopharma partners, educational content for providers)
Design and execute growth campaigns to support the Growth function in hitting monthly and annual targets for new biopharma partnerships, product, and portfolio expansion
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute key events, such as industry conferences, panels or webinars, to promote brand awareness and engage target audiences
- Drive BlinkRx demand generation across the full funnel across awareness, nurture, and the handoff from marketing to sales for conversion and post-sales engagement
- Manage the BlinkRx website and other owned channels, including design, content, and performance of calls to action
- Develop a proactive PR program that includes writing and placing press releases and driving industry thought leadership through event and content marketing efforts
- Drive B2B marketing performance and investments by measuring campaigns, owning our advertising budget, recommending marketing tools, and setting (and activating) the campaign calendar
- Collaborate with our design, product, and digital teams to support execution of brand outreach strategy across all channels
A successful applicant will fit the following criteria:
- You have 5+ years of experience, with deep experience in B2B marketing and working with growth, sales, and executive teams. SAAS or Pharma-Tech experience is preferred
- You have a track record of success in delivering and scaling marketing programs
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with deep experience crafting targeted and compelling messaging to multiple audiences with unique interests
- You have direct and applicable experience designing, executing, and measuring a marketing strategy
- You create and deliver compelling presentations to an executive-level audience
- You have exceptional organizational skills with strong project management abilities
- A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
