Associate Data Analyst (f/m/d)

As a Associate Data Analyst at Blacklane, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support the continuous improvement of our operations and services.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop reliable and accurate analytical workflows to create data models.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and tracking analysis.
• Create Tableau reports.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for advanced data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and propose relevant metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience with Product domain is a plus.
