Job Summary –


We are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset and a go-getter attitude with expertise in crafting creative and impactful employee communications as well as strategic thought leadership content with a flair for experiential events. 
• Passion for internal communications and employee engagement activities aligning with business strategy and organizational vision and values.
• Site communications and initiatives including end-to-end planning and implementation.
• Exposure and experience handling townhalls, leadership connects, various types of internal  events.
• Adept at developing content, concept notes, presentations, etc. as well as working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Working with internal stakeholders and leadership on various strategic initiatives.
• Taking care of culture communications that explain the significance of the Berkadia Way principles and frameworks.
• Have a keen eye for detail and experience in handling budgets, logistics and vendor management.
• Support the communication needs of business functions.
• Working with a group of internal ambassadors for news stories, articles etc.
• Responsible for working on newsletters and periodic employee communiques.
• Social media savviness with awareness on platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.
• Working in the DEIB space such as cultural diversity, gender, persons with disability, etc.
• Should be a team player who can work closely with the rest of the communications team on 
various projects and endeavors.


Desired candidate profile:
• MA in journalism/ Mass communication/MA English/MBA in Marketing.
5-6 years of experience handling communications in a complex and global organization with a 
strategic mindset.

Key skills:
• Excellent communication skills, and the experience and skillset to coordinate and interface 
effectively with all levels within the organization, including executive and senior management 
teams.
• Must possess excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well the ability to source 
stories from employees, and leaders.
• Speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
