Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

This role requires onsite presence at our Palo Alto, CA office.
What you’ll do:
Report directly to the Chief People Officer
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15 talented recruiters to achieve our ambitious hiring plans
Develop and roll out scalable recruiting processes while driving consistency with best hiring practices company-wide Establish a centralized hiring vision, strategy, and roadmap for immediate and future hiring goals
Track pipeline and performance data to drive efficiencies, coach the team, and communicate with internal partners and senior leadership
Measure and regularly report on key recruitment metrics like source of hire, time-to-hire, diversity hires, offer acceptance rates, trends for declines, and more
Ability to analyze and leverage data to accurately forecast and help team drive effectiverecruitment strategies
What you need:
10+ years of full cycle recruiting (technical and non-technical) along with 5+ years of experience managing a team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working closely with leadership team
Experience in a startup environment
