Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage processes within the headcount tracking and management
Manage Workforce Forecasts by collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide suggestions for improvements for efficiency and to support organizational growth
Create and maintain recruiting dashboards using analytics to provide hiring insights, key metrics and trends
Lead, evaluate, and manage all recruiting systems (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) and tools in order to enable the Recruiting team to work at optimal operational efficiency
What you need:
3+ years of experience supporting Recruiting and understanding the Recruitment Life Cycle in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in maintaining Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and leadership
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
