Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with executives to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives
Partner with other finance areas (most notably Accounting and CFO) to support month-end close, flux review processes and financial reporting
Lead budgeting process by collaborating with senior management and business groups to design, track and measure annual operating and financial plan
Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning
Create internal & external executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentations
Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights
Deploy data visualization dashboards via Tableau
Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
Facilitate implementation and deployment of ERP system (Netsuite, SAP or Oracle) and FP&A software tools (Adaptive, Onstream or Anaplan)
What You Need
8+ years of public company experience in Finance/FP&A positions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or accounting
Experience with fast-growing company with scale
Public company quarterly close, flux and reporting cadence experience
Experience with FP&A software tools (Adaptive, Onestream or Anaplan) and ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP or Oracle)
Strong managerial skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with an strong attention to detail
