Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Be a part of the HR leadership team, solely responsible for building and leading the talent management and organizational development center of excellence for the company, aligned to the broader HR strategy and roadmap
Design and implement company’s onboarding process to be representative of Archer’s culture and leadership philosophy
Design and implement company wide goal setting and performance management process, including system selection for easy administration
Design and implement company wide Talent Management strategy; translates strategy into the design of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent movement, leadership development, diversity and inclusion )
Design and implement company wide development plans and learning solutions, including building programs for specific groups within Archer like an engineering internship program and/or frontline leadership training at our manufacturing facility
In partnership with marketing, design and implement a creative careers page and external media campaign to help us attract the best talent
Incorporate Archer’s culture into all HR processes, conduct employee climate surveys and analyze accordingly to course correct and/or identify areas of improvement
What You Need
A minimum of 10+ years experience in Human Resources, specifically building and leading talent and organizational development
Experience interacting with the technical community (i.e., engineers)
Master's degree in HR or related field
