Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes for the broader Archer population (e.g. policy creation, onboarding, labor relations and compliance, performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Provide visible HR presence to engineering to enable real time engagement and solutions
Support engineering employee population by analyzing trends and translating it back to the business. Use data as signals to seek to understand, share opportunities and influence/inform decisions.
Work closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
Analyze trends within engineering population and utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of HR laws, strategies, policies, and practices within the state of California
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
