Appian’s Solution Engineering team is growing! This role demands someone with comfort in both business process and customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and thrives at creating and executing business processes that enhance customer experience.
Technical support (phone, email, case management) to Appian customers in a timely manner.
Production support of Appian Cloud.
Perform root cause analysis and follow-through on resolving the root cause.
Develop and enhance our customer facing systems.
Deliver formal and informal training to our customers.
Draft documentation and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
1+ years’ experience in enterprise software business
Should be excellent at problem solving, have a talent for identifying creative solutions and skilled at providing exceptional customer service (verbal/written).
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent spoken and written communication.
Experience with Java application server platforms including at least one of JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat.
Experience with RDBMS platforms including at least one of MySql, Oracle or SQL Server.
Have a preference for a technical career pat
