Senior Manager, Expansion
We are looking for a mission-driven, experienced, and highly passionate team member to drive our national expansion strategy. The ideal candidate is someone with start-up experience in designing a national expansion strategy playbook for a hyper growth company.
This role will report directly to our CEO.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a strategy to build a national presence
Work closely with the Head of Payer Strategy to launch effective market expansion alongside payer partnerships
Coordinate across all teams to manage efficient and comprehensive state by state roll out
Bring analytical mindset to develop expansion targets and timelines
Set KPIs and build dashboards to measure expansion success
Drive process improvements across all operations to drive faster expansion pace
Be comfortable being a team player and rolling up your sleeves to execute expansion plans
Provide strategic support to leadership for expansion reporting to board and investors
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or related experience; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company a plus
Hyper-organized with an ability to triage the team’s most pressing needs amidst multiple competing priorities
Exceptional business judgment, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
History of using data to make decisions and drive priorities
Passionate about expanding access to mental healthcare
Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Self starter with a bias for action
Strong administrative and organization skills with attention to detail
