We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (B2C) who will be responsible for the development of core product messaging for our consumer Cyber Security products and services, for content creation to support sales activities and outbound marketing activities, and for generating ideas and delivering customer acquisition campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker and compelling storyteller to craft strong collateral for our products across all markets and channels. They will be an exceptional product advocate and able to accumulate customer insights and to develop relevant use cases for Acronis’ technologies. S/he will deeply understand customer and channel needs, market dynamics, competitors, and product capabilities to deliver overall messaging and value proposition.


  • Develop and maintain the product marketing content related to our cyber protection solutions, including whitepapers, sales presentations, use cases, product demo scripts, web site content, videos, infographics, competitive comparisons, and other assets
  • Work with Sales and other teams to understand product buyers, users and influencers to fine-tune messaging, sales and marketing approach
  • Understand the competitive context and articulate Acronis innovations and differentiation
  • Constantly accumulate feedback on collateral, improve and drive field use of the marketing materials
  • Partner with product management to document business plans, use cases, prioritize opportunities, and influence product strategy
  • Author and facilitate thought leadership pieces
  • Attend and speak at tradeshows, conferences, and other events
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to our global sales team and channel partners and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products


  • 5+ years of product marketing and/or management in cyber security and/or technology infrastructure B2B IT operations software and/or IT management solutions
  • Preferred industry background in IT infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Security, Data Protection and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience in selling and marketing to SMB and large businesses through channel partner ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to drive technical product marketing including, developing product messaging and different content types for different audiences and channels
  • Ability to understand the audience requirements, typical cases and ways they use data protection products, and ability to develop relevant content with an adequate level of technical detail
  • Ability to dive deep in technology and to be an evangelist for Acronis products and services
  • Proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written and verbal formats
  • Proven ability to add value to the sales process through marketing, sales tools, training and presentation development and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to gather and refine information, and then present and champion your ideas
  • Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs
