What We Need

We are looking for an experienced Graduate Programme Manager who is very organised, creative, a strong communicator with an interest and ability in mentoring, to work in a lively, creative and constantly evolving environment.

2k Dublin’s graduate programme is a 21-month programme with up to 40 graduates on 3 month rotations, including international rotations (UK and US). You will lead the full cycle of the programme including overseeing high volume recruitment, sophisticated rotation management, experience and performance feedback. You will collaborate with senior leadership in programme management and identify permanent career paths for our graduates.

This role reports to the Vice President, Demand Generation and works closely with our talent acquisition team, HR, senior leadership and many other internal partners.

This is a full-time position from 10.00 – 18.30 Monday to Friday. Hybrid working arrangements are available but full time onsite may be required during some periods (such as graduate orientation weeks). Some international travel (incl. US and UK) will be required.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and update program plans, budgets and resource plans ensuring alignment with program requirements.
  • Manage and proactively report on plan, budgets, inclusive sourcing, recruitment progress, graduate performance, rotation experience and conversion tracking and progress. Maintain and present metrics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to recruit the best candidates and enhance our diversity.
  • Lead and influence conversations with senior leaders and management to identify rotation requirements and program planning, providing updates to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage sophisticated rotation schedules ensuring operational needs and optimal graduate experience is attained
  • Own international rotation processes, collaborating with international and external partners.
  • Mentor graduates by providing timely and effective feedback on performance and early career guidance.
  • Coordinate and support engaging, high quality, innovative, and timely development opportunities (training, special projects, communications, speakers, events, workshops)
  • Collaborate on projects and support recruitment and event programming, as needed.
  • Regularly challenge our current practices and policies identifying new and innovative ways to achieve our goals.
  • Help out with any other projects or duties as assigned.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit

  • Project management experience ideally supporting programs developing early career talent
  • Proven ability to lead, develop & drive projects from scope to delivery with ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and deal effectively with a diverse group of team members at all organisational levels
  • Resourceful, flexible in a fast-paced environment maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure. Effective time management, ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, productive, positive with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail. Values diversity, accessibility and inclusivity
  • Experience with graduate program management platforms and direct experience in a creative industry is an asset
  • Excellent communications skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong skills in MS Office 365 Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
  • Technically not a "skill", but you are comfortable with working hours 10am-6:30pm enabling greater connection with our US HQ
