What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Chief People Office (CPO), the Director, Total Rewards will lead in the design and execution of the organization's total rewards strategy globally. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the global compensation, benefits administration, executive and equity programs, that are fair and competitive and ensures Zafin is an employer of choice. This job requires someone who has demonstrated the ability to both think strategically regarding the vision and design of programs, and operationally to perform analysis, ensure compensation processes and other benefit programs run smoothly globally. The candidate must have global compensation experience and will be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations to stakeholders and leadership team.

What will you do?
Total Rewards Program Management
- Lead the compensation function including base, short-term, and long-term incentive compensation, annual compensation review cycle, equity administration, market data survey participation, benefits bench marking across geographic locations
- Assist in preparing materials for stakeholders and leadership team, including competitive data and plan design alternatives and effects
Stakeholder Management
- Develop strategic partnerships with Finance, HR and Legal to understand their strategies and compensation goals and ensure compensation programs are understood
- Provide insight and leadership to team members and executives that will contribute to shaping the way we think about attracting and retaining the best talent
Strategy Implementation
- Create and innovate compensation programs that meet the needs of our various functions, business areas, and growth
- Oversee benchmarking, survey analysis, and analytics to elevate understanding of our competitiveness globally with a view toward evolving our compensation and benefits programs over time
Project Management
- Lead moderate to complex projects covering areas of executive compensation, drive their delivery ad management, including communication plans
- Solve complex problems using quantitative analysis, including dynamic scenario modeling
Market Insight
- Monitor current or upcoming regulations and industry compensation trends
What will it take to succeed?
Must haves:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits. - Proven experience in a global or multi-national organization.
- Minimum 5yrs experience in leadership roles having managed direct reports and/or project resources
- Deep understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise executive level communications. Communicate recommendations to senior management, other executives, or regional management in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
- Demonstrated ability to guide leadership through difficult or complicated subject matter.
- Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand broader business and financial issues and juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to think creatively and bring new ways to solve old problems
- Experience in reporting, governance and regulations.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is a plus
- Ability to address analytical requests: understand the needs, gather data, build model and validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present results
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and explain complex ideas to People and Culture and Business teams and senior executives
