What is the opportunity?  

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Learning Enablement, you'll play a key role in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), implementing training programs, and using data to drive better learning outcomes. This position offers the chance to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support strategic learning initiatives at Zafin. 

Location – Chennai/Trivandrum 

What will you do?

  • LMS Management: Configure and maintain the LMS, handle user accounts, course enrolments, and system integrations. Analyse reports to track progress and performance
  • Program Administration: Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and logistics. Monitor program effectiveness and keep thorough records. 
  • Adaptation to Change: Adjust learning programs as needed to keep up with new  
    developments and organizational changes 
  • Content Management: Oversee and update instructional content, ensuring it is well-organized and integrates with technology
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to Learning requests, gather feedback, and work to improve learning experiences. 
  • Data Analysis: Use data to evaluate learning impact and collaborate on improving solutions 

What do I need to succeed? 

Must have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related field; a master’s degree or an MBA is preferred.
  • Up to 5 years of experience, preferably 1 year in a learning or similar role.
  • Strong writing skills and proven experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • A passion for learning and people development.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.  

Nice to have: 

  • Experience working in a technology firm.
  • Knowledge of advanced learning technologies and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active and has a strong desire to learn.
