Do you love customer service and want to utilize your skill set in a reputable business that values growth and development? We're currently on the look out for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR to support our client in the Energy Space. Here’s a little snapshot of what’s involved!
- First point of contact for customers.
- Inbound & outbound calls and email management (high volume)
- Expand your knowledge within various departments: customer service, hardship, collections, retention and more!
- First point of contact for service related queries, handling complaints and general inquiries
- Location: CBD - Enjoy a beautiful renovated office environment to keep you inspired and a couple days a week working from home!
- Start Immediately.
- Temporary to Permanent Opportunity for the right candidate!
- Pay: starting from $30.63 an hour + super
Are you a confident negotiator? a think outside-the-box problem solver or just someone who loves picking up the phone to help customers? If you are, then this opportunity is for you!
- At least 6-12 months recent experience in a high volume contact centre (inbound or outbound)
- Available to work full time hours (40 p/week) consistently across Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm
- Customer service orientated
- Problem solver - ability to objection handle, negotiate whilst understanding customer needs
- Tech savvy - comfortable working across multiple systems and picking things up quickly
- Elevate your experience and knowledge with a globally recognised company
- Hourly rates starting from $30 an hour + super
- Opportunity to secure EXTENSIONS or ONGOING WORK (and maybe PERM if you're lucky!)
