We've partnered with Super Retail Group over the last 3 years, providing quality Customer Care Consultants, that are dedicated in going the extra mile for customers across many Super Retail Group brands.

Calling customer oriented and value driven individuals with 6-12 months contact centre experience from the last 2 years to join SRG's dedicated Customer Service team. 

This Role: 

Inbound call centre opportunity with the owner of Rebel Sports, Super Cheap Auto and more leading retail brands!
  • 2024 starts (Brendale office)
  • Casual role, working 25-37.5 hours each week across Mon-Sun
  • Rotating roster from 7-7pm, following their specialised 2-4 week training programme 
  • Handling inbound calls, emails and live chats dealing with Customer order queries and complaints 
  • Weekend penalty rates apply 
  • Onsite role (fun company culture, vibrant team and free parking onsite!)
