This Role:

  • Customer Care position starting September 26th

  • Casual contract role working 20-37.5 hrs each week 

  • 3 month casual role with possibility of extension 
  • Handling inbound calls, emails and live chats dealing with Customer order queries and complaints

  • Rotating roster across 7-7pm Mon-Fri & 8-6pm on weekends (penalty rates for weekend shifts!)

  • Onsite role (fun company culture with vibrant a team)
