What's the job?

As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be working for some of Australia's BIGGEST retail names providing customer service via phone, email and live-chat.

Working remotely for our Call Centre Team you'll work in a supportive team environment where people come from all walks of life!

  • $30.99 per hour + super
  • 25 - 37.5 hours per week (flexing up and down depending on call volume)
  • Commencing 4th Oct with 4 weeks of PAID full-time training
  • MUST be comfortable with rotating rosters from 7-7pm Mon-Fri & across 8-6pm Sat-Sun
  • A casual role, scheduled to go until 31 January 2022 (for now, but an extension is possible!)
  • MUST be fully available over the Christmas and New Year period
