Member Services Representative

  • High hourly rate with potential of going permanent 

  • Help satisfy members with their existing accounts (NO Sales involved) 

  • Full-time hours on casual rates for 6+ months

The role

The internal contact centre is a customer-focused team environment. Based in Sydney CBD (or WFH pending COVID restrictions), continuous training and support is provided to ensure you are set up for success, not only providing outstanding customer service, but building continuous rapport with their valued customers.

Day-to-Day

  • Delivering exceptional customer service across phone and email

  • Actively listening to customers and providing frontline feedback to the wider business

  • Managing inbound calls of service related inquiries: claims, policies, account and general inquiries and feedback

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 

About you:

  • Available to start immediately

  • Full time availability on a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8am-6pm on a 2.5 month contract

  • Previous Customer Service experience working within a fast paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 

  • Customer centric with a drive to build positive customer relationships

  • Excellent computer literacy skills required 

  • Problem solver – you embrace challenges enthusiastically; understanding caller’s needs and being able to deliver professional and relevant solutions

  • Call centre experience not essential, however previous extensive experience in Retail customer service and/or Hospitality can be considered
