Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge and experience with Debian and Ubuntu on enterprise-grade laptop and desktop hardware
  • Experience provisioning, deploying, and maintaining Debian endpoints using Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) (e.g., WorkspaceOne, MobileIron, Google MDM)
  • Experience in one or more languages (e.g., Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.)
  • Experience working with and deploying software-based VDI/PCoIP solutions
  • Experience in building and maintaining repositories via automation
  • Experience employing Linux CIS benchmarks for Linux endpoints
  • Experience working with and deploying SELinux or AppArmor
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking (routing and switching, VLANs, VPN, etc.)
  • Experience working with collaboration tools, conferencing systems, remote IT tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical language, and translate information into comprehensible company-wide documentation and requirements

Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $250,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
