We are looking for a product leader to manage the Product Growth & Lifecycle team. This leader is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer journey within the Product including Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Monetization (including Pricing & Packaging and Billing/Payments). They will play a key role in growing and scaling our self-serve business.

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $191,000 - $263,000 for most US locations and $212,000 - $292,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Director of Product Growth & Lifecycle you’ll…
- Drive the product led growth strategy and own the end-to-end experience for users in the product, ultimately with the goal of helping grow and scale our self-serve business
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, experimentation, internal cross-functional collaboration, historical data, and competitive analysis
- Build a team to own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company
- Own cross-functional relationships and execute against plans in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and feature product teams: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication
- Innovate and develop unique product experiences that amplify Webflow’s value in order to activate and convert users into paying subscribers and identify expansion opportunities
- Partner with Webflow’s Pricing team to continually improve Webflow’s pricing and monetization strategy.
- Understand our company strategy and product vision to successfully manage the lifecycle for all the segments of our user base
- Track industry trends and competition to inform strategy and decisions

About you
You’ll thrive as the Director of Product Growth & Lifecycle if you have:
- Product and growth experience in rapidly scaling technology companies
- Owned or influenced product strategy to successfully drive measurable increases in revenue
- Prior experience building a high performing growth team from the ground up; experience leading and scaling teams
- The ability to articulate and sell a vision
- Thorough understanding of how to build and optimize a self-service business; should have working knowledge of activation and conversion frameworks
- The ability to build consensus and listen well to influence decisions
- Experience using data to measure and report the growth performance
- Someone who can influence others, implement change, and standardize processes
