Vixxo Kansas is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Accounting Coordinator to be based in Colwich, KS (Hybrid).

THE ROLE

The AR Accounting Coordinator serves a key liaison between Vixxo’s client and internal stakeholders.  You will work closely with the billing and accounting teams as well operations teams to provide timely and accurate submission of customer invoices using a variety of methods.

TOP 3 RESPONSBILITIES

  • Prepare and submit invoices to customers using various methods including spreadsheets, uploads, emails, and other means as required.
  • Utilize Analytics Programs and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to produce outputs from invoice data.
  • Manual data entry within customer portals and internal systems.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree in Business preferred, however, will consider prior job experience.
  • A minimum of one (1) years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or accounting experience.
  • Desire and ability to work with a high volume of data for multiple clients/customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
  • Advanced computer skills with strong emphasis in Microsoft Excel. Use of Power Query, Power BI or other data tools is a plus.
