Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Project Coordinator to be based in our Dallas office.
THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator reports to the Manager, Project Management and supports project managers to organize, implement and remain on schedule for identified facility and asset management projects. This is an excellent role to get your foot in the door at Vixxo.

TOP 3 RESPONSBILITIES
Ensure daily data management of location openings, closings and all data attributes associated with these actions
Perform project administrative tasks such as vendor confirmation and communication, client updates and scheduling, and logging project time-lines.
Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress and suggest management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of one (1) year of project coordinator experience and an Associates Degree OR a minimum of two (2) years of project coordinator experience and a bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing statistical data to generate reports
Knowledge of World, Excel and PowerPoint required in order to support the development of reports and proposals
Experience with Access, Cognos, SQL or SharePoint a plus to support various projects
Sign & Lighting experience a plus.
