Nerdy is looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team. As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you'll support the system discovery process, design the ideal HubSpot-centered system, and train internal stakeholders on how to operate the platform successfully. You will also work on developing and effectively aligning CRM, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and training processes to ensure a more streamlined approach and the most effective use of the HubSpot platform.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, both implementations and management of the platform (with relevant HubSpot certifications).
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or Zapier is a big plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail
  • Experience with agile and working closely with designers and engineers to drive feature definition and implementation
  • Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a HubSpot expert and support the company in the migration to and implementation of the HubSpot platform.
  • Evaluate marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define their ideal system configuration.
  • Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively.
  • Support full HubSpot configuration, including data capture & collection, automation engineering, database segmentation, CRM configuration, campaign setup, technical integrations, attribution & reporting, and user adoption activities.
  • Stay up to date on the latest product updates from HubSpot.
  • Implement a marketing and sales system strategy that streamlines data flow and enables sales with lead intelligence teams can use to have more effective conversations with prospects.
  • Optimize lead hand-off and opportunity nurturing processes through the sales funnel by injecting automation and data capture mechanisms.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
