The opportunity

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing sales operations and maximizing efficiency through comprehensive CRM management and support. With a focus on process improvement and data-driven insights, you'll contribute to driving sales success within a technology-forward environment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the maintenance and full support of CRM & sales tools, assisting the team with day-to-day tasks.
You assist in training and support to sales representatives on CRM usage and best practices.
You maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and best practices.
You manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for the team.
You generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
You actively identify and submit business process improvement ideas, supporting the implementation of such process/system improvement.
You work with interfaces between the sales tools and create automations in our CRM.

What you need to succeed

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales or business operations
You are comfortable in a technology-driven, numbers-oriented business environment.
You have the ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
You have a strong process orientation and an efficient and self-organized way of working.
You demonstrate good communication skills in English.
Experience with either Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and with API/EDI integrations is a plus.
