The opportunity 

We are looking for a friendly and adaptable Partner Support Agent (all genders)In this role, you will be in charge of responding to inquiries from our new and existing partners. Our goal is to provide our partners with excellent service so that our members have a great experience at their location and create a world where everyone enjoys doing sport. You will also play a fundamental role in sustaining and improving our relationship with high-priority partners by ensuring their concerns and requests are handled promptly and in accordance with our commercial cooperation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes of partner locations. 
  • Be a point of contact for high-level partner support topics 
  • Respond to high priority partner requests within the agreed service level agreement via Zendesk and e-mail. 
  • Take ownership for clear and accurate partner profiles and contract changes information
  • Support our partners with invoicing questions and transfer to correct responsible, reach out to partners in case of any issues with billing or payment details.
  • Support partner managers and the customer experience team with specific partner related inquiries
  • Provide insights on technical/operational limitations to the knowledge and training team.

What you need to succeed 

  • Excellent communication skills in German & English, both spoken and written 
  • Experience in key account management, B2B customer management or partner management is an asset
  • Confident with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, remote support tools and Pipe drive
  • Ability to maintain great expertise of our Partners, product and policies
  • Sound judgment, attention to details, Self-motivation and consistent high quality performance
  • Ability to work with a set schedule, prioritize tasks and complete them following the deadline
  • Troubleshooting & a creative mindset for Problem-solving.
  • Good financial literacy and a head for numbers
