As our Compensation Analyst, you will work on important, impactful, company-wide projects that affect our employees. In this job, you will assist in being a subject matter expert to our business partners and recruiters.
Participate in salary surveys, conducting external market pricing and preparing pricing analyses and reports
Assist with our quarterly compensation (merit) process
Provide support in evaluating new and existing jobs to determine appropriate job classification, level, and grades
Assist in preparing quarterly equity exhibits
Provide support in updating compensation structures in a quarterly cadence
BA/BS in quantitative-focused major
1 + years of experience in-house or consulting compensation, preferably for the technology industry or compensation consulting firm
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Outstanding excel skills (interview process will include an excel test)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a client-facing role
