About the job

As a member of the Twilio Segment’s Integrated Campaign team, the Campaign Insights Manager is responsible for both running campaigns that drive pipeline generation and analyzing campaign insights to inform strategic decision making.  This role will be cross functional, analyzing campaign performance, and surfacing campaign insights to give to best practices and playbooks to improve the impact of quarterly integrated campaigns.  

The ideal candidate has an understanding of the B2B buyer journey at each stage of the funnel, has data analytics skills and proven experience running campaigns that move the needle. You are highly collaborative, recognize the strategic value of running a coordinated campaign motion and have a proven track record of using data to improve overall campaign performance. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Implementing and supporting campaigns across the funnel that both engage and convert prospective buyers with a focus on specific buyer and vertical segments 

  • Identify key campaign channels for marketing activities relative to funnel stage 

  • Partner campaign marketers, and business leaders, translating questions, hypotheses and knowledge gaps into research projects with insights that guide their decisions

  • Effectively collaborate with marketing analytics teams assessing the effectiveness of Twilio Segment’s campaign strategies

  • Analyze campaign performance, and surface campaign insights to contribute to best practices and tactical playbooks 

  • Work across the marketing organization and help set up and follow the best measurement practices for campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance and insights to inform strategic decision making 

  • Support quarterly planning with campaign analysis 

  • Document, supervise, and standardize campaign standard methodologies 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B campaign management that drive demand generation for the business

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage

  • Relevant marketing campaign management experience with strong analytical background

  • Experience in driving multi-channel marketing campaigns, working with multiple partners and cross-functional teams.

  • Excels at marketing analytics and crafting insights to drive successful campaign

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to drive alignment, set expectations and strive to success

  • Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and prioritization

  • Excellent organizational skills and can manage across teams, projects and priorities.

  • A champion for encouraging a culture of trust through feedback, communication, and clarity.

Desired:

  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration to implement campaign plans

  • Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and sales tools (ex. Excel, Looker, Salesforce) - attribution reporting is a major plus

  • Copywriting for B2B software companies

  • Paid acquisition and/or A/B testing experience 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and a diverse array of stakeholders.

Location 

This role will be remote, and based in the United States.

Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $74,560 - $93,200.

  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
