Twilio is growing fast and looking for an experienced Staff Software Development Engineer in Test to join our globally distributed Flex R&D organization on our Flex Agent UI team in London.

Twilio’s Agent UI Helps contact center agents get more done, through a single workspace for all contact center communications tasks. We are helping contact center supervisors manage their teams for better business outcomes.

We are looking for a motivated individual to drive testing activities for our frontend centric Agent UI team

Who?

  • 4+ years of software development and/or testing experience
  • Proficiency in modern development languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, Typescript
  • Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, etc
  • Expert in Quality Assurance testing techniques, including but not limited to automated testing and manual testing
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders on test automation as well as coaching engineers on testing best practices
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining CI/CD test pipelines using tools like Jenkins/CircleCI or similar
  • Champion of good engineering habits: development techniques, security, tech debt balance, agile processes, etc
  • Strong communication skills: in person, on paper, or in code. You can explain technical concepts to product managers, other engineers, and support
  • Passion for quality code and building things, but also trying to break things and find flaws in the implementation
