YOUR GOAL: 

Lead our growth through analysis and creativity, define marketing strategy and vision to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives. 

The ideal candidate has experience at high-growth B2B software companies and is able to lead all areas of B2B marketing, including but not limited to Product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics, and events. 

We need a highly strategic thinker with experience working with financial sector who is also excited to execute unique campaigns that will allow the company to position in and attract new customer segments. 

You will collaborate with other internal teams including product development team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop marketing strategy & high performing marketing campaigns 
  • Set marketing goals and objectives 
  • Owning and developing acquisition channels for onboarding new businesses 
  • Defining product positioning to identified verticals and oversee product launches
  • Collaborate with sales team to create marketing content that will enable sales
  • Have deep understanding of product market fit and target verticals and persona’s 
  • Maintain and Manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by  
  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team 
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product 
  • Developing a product strategy and keeping the balance between your team’s vision for the product and the needs of the customers
  • Use market research data to determine product pricing 
  • Gain insight into customer needs, untapped opportunities and buyer personas 
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage Manage marketing budget and approval processes 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Exceptional leadership and people skills with proven success leading a marketing team 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing 
  • Strategic thinking 
  • Ability to develop a marketing strategy and action plan 
  • Experience in lending a plus 
  • Experience with HUBSSPOT a plus 
  • Experience in marketing SaaS to financial sector B2B customers 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree 
  • 7+ years' marketing experience  
  • Understanding and strategy around SEO & Backlinks 
  • Advanced technical skills and understanding of B2B data sources and tools 
  • Strong knowledge of data standardization and normalization
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Empathetic & able to connect with customers on different levels
  • Creative, experimental and good at solution finding
  • Bold and Forward thinker who is able to see around corners and plan for the future 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior level stakeholders, even when there is ambiguity involved
