RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with US sales team to identify solution opportunities for prospects
  • Lead RFP responses in conjunction with sales and technical teams
  • Conduct in-depth demonstrations tying business problems to Turnkey Lender solutions
  • Prepare high-level estimates by analyzing customer requirements in concert with internal teams
  • Lead customers through pre-sales solution design balancing functionality with business impact
  • Define and deliver custom made industry specific demos for new prospects and clients
  • Create wireframes and workflows illustrating customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate the best solution(s) to meet customers’ needs
  • Understand consumer and merchant lending for different verticals and industry landscapes
  • Articulate the advantages of leveraging TurnKey Lender
  • Develop best practices for specific industries for Unified Lending
  • Gather project and integration requirements with various technologies and vendors
  • Develop workflows for specific use cases and various integration requirements
  • Work in tandem with Product Team on continuous improvement, not limited to adding external technologies to enhance the TurnKe
  • Lender ecosystem
  • Train sales, business development and technical teams on solutions, competitive advantages
  • Help build and foster customer relationships and help drive new and existing business
  • Create and validate proposed solutions and architectures
  • Assist in formulating sales process and methodologies
  • Field product-related technical questions from clients and partners

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering or related field experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of relevant technology and concepts related to SQL and API’s
  • Demonstrate effective leadership through strategic and proactive approach  
  • Operate and execute with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to gain the confidence of both Sales Management and Presales staff, as well as
  • Ability to influence client technology decisions with a TurnKey Lender solution
  • A creative mindset and ability to apply technologies from to legacy technology/practices
  • Background in business consulting and/or software development
  • Exceptional organizational, research and time management skills
  • Keen focus on customer experience, service & support skills
  • Strong ability multi-task and follows opportunities to completion
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong technical background, even better with SaaS/FinTech experience
  • Experience with TurnKey Lender technology or automation is a plus!
