The Growth Marketing team at TULA is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Paid Search Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the paid search channel from top to bottom, with a key focus on optimization to drive performance of one of TULAs largest growth channels. You will rigorously test and iterate on learnings across search platforms, messaging, audiences, etc. You will own the overall channel strategy and scale our paid search channel quickly and efficiently. This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and sits in TULA headquarters, located in NoMad in NYC (but we are working remotely for now!)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own all aspects of Paid Search across different platforms (Google, Google Shopping, Bing etc) including strategic direction implementation and analysis to help drive aggressive growth of TULA.com
  • Own forecasting, spend pacing & budget management across all paid search campaigns to ensure efficient, sustainable growth
  • Refine existing LTR (lifetime revenue) model to fuel growth of high value customers 
  • Partner with Product Development and Brand Marketing to brainstorm, identity, craft and perfect key messages for TULA overall and each product specifically to drive efficient customer acquisition
  • Work closely with our agency partners and internal development team to monitor key SEO KPIs and track progress made from on-site product display page and collection optimizations
  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap across all paid search platforms, ad units audiences & tactics throughout the paid social funnel
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for expanded audience reach via SEM and organic SEO
  • Partner with TULA’s internal dev team to implement SEO best practices- on and off-page
  • Report on all major KPIs and share results, learnings and insights with the full TULA team to continually optimize results
  • Manage TULA’s ongoing AMS campaigns to support the growth efforts on Amazon

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years in growth marketing - working directly on large scale, complex paid search campaigns in a data-driven, fast paced and results oriented organization (in-house or at an agency)
  • Hands on experience managing complex Google Shopping campaigns for a Direct-to-consumer brand
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices- on and off-page, keyword research, tagging, schema, etc.
  • Comfortable working with 7-figure monthly budgets 
  • Insatiably curious about what makes customers tick - you are always looking for new creative ideas and tests
  • Highly analytical with a strong knowledge of Excel and Google Docs, as well as experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker
  • Hands on experience and a strong POV of third party search tools such as Search Ads 360, Marin or Kenshoo
  • Strong experience and understanding of A/B testing frameworks and best practices
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Hands on experience with AMS a plus
