The Digital & Ecommerce team at TULA is looking for an Sr. Associate, Ecommerce Operations (Tula.com & Amazon) who will maintain day-to-day operations for our DTC businesses to help optimize our site/marketing experience to drive meaningful business growth.  This role will support set up and execution across site merchandising, content, product listings, and general operations for tula.com and our amazon marketplace. You’re a highly motivated self-starter attracted by the opportunity to have a significant and measurable impact on a fast-growing organization that focuses on creating inspiring and engaging consumer experiences. This role reports to the Ecommerce Manager and is fully remote with some expected travel for business and team offsites throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and functionality of our TULA websites including general reporting support
  • Support strategic growth opportunities and execute against the opportunity
  • Manage site presentation through site merchandising, site search, new product uploads, pricing updates, category page builds and product detail page maintenance
  • Set up and execute content flips (ex: Tula.com Homepage, Amazon Storefront, Banners, Announcement Bar, Cart, Discount code setup / maintenance) in alignment with our merch/marketing calendar and in partnership with Amazon agencies
  • Support briefing in new content requests for site / merch marketing efforts 
  • Own promo set up, coupons and execution including discount code creation.
  • Quickly address and resolve any product listing issues or discrepancies, such as product content errors, pricing inconsistencies, or fulfillment issues.  Work with Amazon seller support on suppressions as needed.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive marketplace and identify opportunities
  • Work with Product/Tech team and Amazon/Warehouse teams to continuously monitor for discrepancies/bugs and resolve issues that may arise
  • Coordinate assets as needed for agencies, vendors and partners to support business needs
  • Ad hoc support to general ecommerce team

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Ecommerce and Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge and experience with Shopify Plus 
  • Understanding of Ecommerce apps (ex: Content Management Systems (CMS), Review Platforms)
  • Amazon Marketing Cloud experience a plus
  • Experience working with internal and external Amazon representatives and vendors
  • Proficient in GSuite apps and Microsoft Office
  • Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

  • You’ll gain a full understanding of the tula.com and amazon platforms, content management, and how we connect the dots to align to brand initiatives
  • Amazon operations and the relationships between internal and external partners who support the business
  • Thorough understanding of Tula’s unique brand position, customer and strategy to guide how to shape the online experience

What you will learn in 6 months:

  • You’ll learn who your key cross-functional partners are and how they’ll support you within brand, product, education, tech, data, and more 
  • Full understanding of the GTM brand calendar and creative team support in building assets for all touchpoints you will manage.

**The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000.  Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.
