We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Recruiter to help us grow all lines of business in our expanding organization. You will have the chance to recruit for business, sales, account management, marketing, ad ops, accounting and FP&A. In this role you will have an opportunity to add VP level talent all the way down to Junior IC's while working directly with the CRO of Tubi to build out a successful recruiting process. Scaling the sales organization is a critical business focus, and is a great opportunity for the right individual to help play a major part in the growth and success of Tubi. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with the Technical Recruiting team, Human Resources, and various other Executives.

About the Role:

In this role you will work closely with sales leaders across the organization to pipeline and deliver top level talent while building out out West Coast, East Coast, and Midwest sales teams. You will be expected to post roles on Tubi’s website and manage all sales related consumer facing posts and sourcing efforts, manage all candidate flow and data integrity using Greenhouse ATS, ensure all candidates get a top notch experience from source to hire. This sales recruiter will work with Sales Executives and the Tubi on-boarding team to effective plan and execute a top notch on-boarding experience for all new sales hires. This is a full-desk recruiting role where you will be sourcing candidates, performing talent screens, and setting up a successful process to hire and close top level sales candidates

Your Background:

  • 3+ years of Sales Recruiting experience, preferably recruiting Advertising Sales candidates
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup
  • Experience sourcing using various recruiting tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, AngelList, Entelo, ect.
  • Experience in a full-cycle recruiting, owning candidate experience from outreach to offer
  • Experience closing passive candidates in an effective manner
  • Excellent teamwork and communication within the team
  • A desire to grow within the company and learn from others to excel
  • Ability to work independently with very little supervision (You will be owning the end to end hiring process)
  • Ability to drive hiring process while partnering effectively with managers and executives
  • Track record of exceeding aggressive hiring goals
  • BA/BS degree
