YOUR MISSION
As part of a diverse and dedicated team of professionals, specialists, and engineers, you will share in the Supply Chain team’s impact, ensuring the company’s supply meets the customer’s demand, while keeping the company on budget. In this role you will analyze data and methods to predict and improve True Anomaly’s delivery of products and services to its customers. This includes participation in the development, coordination, and execution of all enterprise objectives, program strategies, and supply chain objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute purchase requisitions (PR) which includes analyzing suppliers, commodities, inventory eligibilities, accounting codes, and delivery dates; Manage Compliant Placement of Purchase Orders
- This position holds procurement management and delegation responsibility for all applicable supplier agreements and contracts within the established authority.
- Must have knowledge and experience in subcontracts, supplier management, procurement and planning, MRP/ERP planning and transactions, BOM structures, material estimating, and Basis of Estimate creation.
- Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, sparing and inventory management.
- Support the processes and methods to gather supply chain data
- Provide support and analysis for all assigned materials
- Recommend and support supply chain optimization projects
- Research and evaluate procurement sources and qualification
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
- Solve cross-functional supply chain issues between multi-disciplinary engineering groups, program management, finance, and suppliers
- Other undefined scope in relation to material planning, analysis, forecasting, and budget
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-4 years in aerospace supply chain
- 1-4 years experience with Microsoft Office, relational databases, ERP and MPR systems
- Previous professional experience leading negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost and schedule objectives are captured in contractual commitments
- Previous professional experience with the procurement and management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team in a highly demanding and fast paced environment; capability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of an organization including suppliers, team members, management, and customers
- 4+ years directly relatable professional experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $95,000
- Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
