Trip Arc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing and will lead our product marketing strategics from ideation through post launch. Reporting into the VP of Commerical the individual will collaborate across multiple teams including sales, training, product, and brand marketing. 

This role requires someone excited about building our product marketing strategy and execution who is analytical and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead development of product marketing initiatives 'end to end' (including positioning, messaging, creative development, GTM plans, execution, measurement and reporting) that drive goals & KPIs. 
  • Ideates, creates, delivers, and scales storytelling bringing product value to life through development of story arc, tension, and release while keeping in mind a problem-solution orientation. 
  • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging. 
  • Hands-on creation of a range of marketing assets, including sales enablement, lifecycle campaigns, social media, event keynotes, etc. 
  • Define and refine product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition to target audiences and differentiates our products in the market. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years' marketing experience with at least 5+ years in B2B product marketing. 
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in travel technology with a consistent record of developing and implementing successful product marketing programs. 
  • Have owned end-to-end product launches with customer adoption as the primary success metric. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with products to help narrate roadmap and message the value proposition of release cycles to our customers. 
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in travel technology with a consistent record of developing and implementing successful product marketing programs. 
  • Ability to use insights, data, and statistical analyses to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, influence and gain internal mindshare. 
  • Ability to move at a fast pace and comfortable in an iterative environment.
