We are looking for a proactive, independent and driven Development Support Administrator to join a fast-growing company to assist with the development of our customers integrations.
Support the Tray.io engineering team through the development lifecycle and assisting in the implementation of 3rd party integrations.
Provide high-level software support via the support ticketing system to the engineering teams
Help unblock the connectivity team by testing authentications, creating sandbox accounts, etc.
Own engineering external accounts, environments and signing up process for development
Be an excellent communicator between technical and non-technical teams
